Policy & Disclaimer
At Frosted Designz, each cake and cupcake order is custom designed and handcrafted for your celebration. Because of the time, preparation, and materials required for custom cakes, the following policies and disclaimers apply to all orders placed with Frosted Designz.
Order Confirmation & Deposit Policy
To secure your order date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Orders are not confirmed or scheduled until the deposit has been received.
Because your order date and preparation time are reserved specifically for you, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 day before delivery or pickup.
If the final balance is not received by this time, the order may be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Rush Orders
Orders placed less than 5 days before the event date are considered rush orders.
Rush orders require full payment at the time of booking in order to confirm the order.
Rush orders are subject to availability and may not always be accepted depending on schedule capacity.
Delivery Policy
Delivery services are available for an additional fee.
Delivery fees apply to all orders, with the exception of Junction pickups, which are available at no delivery cost.
Delivery availability and fees will be confirmed during the order process.
Custom Design Disclaimer
All cakes and cupcakes are handcrafted and uniquely designed. While we make every effort to match inspiration photos or reference images provided by clients, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
Variations in color, decoration placement, and finishing details may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
Inspiration photos are used only as design references.
Decoration Disclaimer
Many decorative elements used on Frosted Designz cakes are non-edible and are made from various materials including acrylic, plastic, wood, paper, fabric, wires, and decorative figurines.
These elements are used to achieve certain design styles and visual effects.
All non-edible decorations must be removed before serving the cake.
Choking Hazard Notice
Some decorative elements such as toppers, figurines, wires, and decorative picks may present a choking hazard for young children.
Parents and hosts are responsible for ensuring that all non-edible decorations are removed prior to serving. Adult supervision is recommended when serving cakes at children’s events.
Allergen Disclaimer
Frosted Designz products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:
• Wheat
• Eggs
• Milk
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree nuts
While precautions are taken during preparation, Frosted Designz cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.
Customers with severe allergies should take this into consideration before placing an order.
Storage & Handling
Cakes should be stored in a cool environment and kept away from direct sunlight or heat.
Once the cake has been picked up or delivered and accepted by the client, Frosted Designz is not responsible for any damage caused during transportation, storage, or handling.
